RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We are happy to accept returns of any unused product that does not meet your expectations within 7 days of receipt.*
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be unused, in its original packaging with all tags/labels attached and in the original condition in which it was received. Items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned or exchanged. If we determine that your item has been washed or worn we reserve the right to deny your return and ship your item back to you. Items containing odors such as smoke, perfume or that have pet hair on them will be not be accepted for return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please contact Customer Service via e-mail customersupport@fatimahantoinette.com and provide your name, order number, photographs of item and the reason for your return. Shipping instructions will then be provided to begin the return process.
Returns MUST be in original packaging and contain a tracking number. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN PRODUCT TO SENDER’S ADDRESS ON THE PACKAGE UNLESS INSTRUCTED TO DO SO AS THIS WILL DELAY OUR ABILITY TO PROCESS YOUR REFUND.
You should expect to receive your refund within 10-20 days after your return is received and processed. Refunds are given in the original form of payment depending on your bank’s policies.
*Your order must reach our returns department within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a return. ALL Sale items, Custom made products and hair accessories are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable regardless of the date of arrival.
EXCHANGES
NO EXCHANGES. Unused and undamaged product from your order must be returned in original selling condition to be processed as return. Desired product must be placed and purchased in new order.

Yes, we provide tracking information for all orders. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has processed and shipped.
It takes 3-5 business days after your order is received to process for shipment. All orders placed over the weekend or on holidays7 will process the next business day. Typically, shipment arrival takes 2-7 business days and varies upon your location and holidays.
